I have been going to Greenhouse Nursery to get the majority of my plants, trees and shrubs because I like the variety. In the past 4 years I spend anywhere from $1200-$2000 per season adding plants/trees to my yard. Recently 2 weeks ago I purchase 6 small bushes, planted and watered accordingly. Of the 6 one did not do well shriveled and was crispy regardless of how much water I gave it. It was the ONLY one of the 6 that did this. Since I am a dedicated customer, I proceeded to bring the plant (small bush) back in hopes to just replace it with a more healthy plant since again the others were doing fine its possible this one was sick. We are not talking high dollar it was a $20 plant which I was just hoping an exchange for healthier plant. I was directed to talk to “Brian” who immediately accused me of not water it, when I tried to explain we purchased 6 only a week or so ago and this is the only one that is doing this and told him they were all watered he then got defensive and RUDE and accused me for “buying a sick plant” and when I tried to argue I would not buy a plant looking like this in this condition he then accused me of “you must have been watering it with hot water and ki

The best customer service ever! We bought a garden statue a few years ago that was later damaged by wind. Julie connected us with a welder who repaired it, and when another storm caused more damage, she offered full store credit and arranged for the statue to be removed. She also reserved the replacement statue we wanted, which we purchased today. We are very impressed how she made us feel valued and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We are excited to work with Julie and the garden center team to have it installed. Also - we want to shout out Alan who helped us select a couple of plants - a Mugo pine and another purple flowering shrub - he was so knowledgeable about the plants and also gave us some great advice about the watering and care of the plants and our entire garden! This place is great and they have us as customers for life!

This is a pretty cool place for your garden supplies. They have pretty much everything you need. My Dad has purchased several statues from this place in the past year. He is very happy with his purchases from here.

Ohh my! Something for everyone here whether you are a novice or experienced in the garden because the staff here are the best! Helpful, friendly and willing to help you find what you need. The Hydrangeas were blooming and they have a great variety and choice of roses including some fantastic fragrant ones from Europe that are grown here in the US and smell divine. Fantastic plants, trees and gift store with super garden decor too! Loved visiting here and I’ll be back for more, for sure.

Great experience buying 5 plants. I have typically gone to a competitor in Reno but saw them advertised on KRNV News 4 and decided to go to Carson City for our needs. Every staff member we came across was friendly and helpful. We have more to get but it will take time. We will be back here for our needs.
